Innervation: Bolded nerve roots indicate the nerves most involved in supplying that muscle.

C – denotates a cervical vertebrae (typically followed by a number to identify which specific one)

Csp – Cervical Spine

L- denotates a lumbar vertebrae (typically followed by a number to identify which specific one)

Lsp – Lumbar Spine

PSIS – Posterior Superior Iliac Spine

SP – Spinus Process

T- denotates a thoracic vertebrae (typically followed by a number to identify which specific one)

Tsp- Thoracic Spine
